How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Lawyerstrade Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Bring to Us?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Lawyerstrade Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Lawyerstrade Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You File a Complaint?

Email contact@lawyerstrade.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write?

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
